1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User," "Player," "you," or "your") and 636ph.cam ("636ph," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the 636ph online casino and sports betting platform, including all associated websites, mobile applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"). Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds. Any individual who knowingly provides false information or attempts to circumvent age verification measures may face legal consequences under Philippine law.

Parents and guardians are responsible for monitoring and controlling minor access to their devices. 636ph employs age verification technology and manual review processes to prevent underage gambling. If we discover that an account holder is underage, the account will be immediately closed, all pending wagers voided, and any deposits refunded. Winnings from accounts registered by minors will be confiscated and may be donated to responsible gaming organizations.

3. Account Registration and Security

3.1 Account Creation

You may only register one account per person. You agree to provide such documentation promptly upon request. Withdrawal privileges may be restricted until verification is complete. We employ Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures in compliance with Philippine regulations.

3.3 Account Security Obligations

You must not share your account credentials with any third party or allow any other person to access your account. You must not use another person's account or allow another person to use your account for any purpose. 4. Deposits and Withdrawals

Withdrawals may be subject to manual review and additional verification procedures. 4.3 Bonus Funds and Wagering Requirements

All wagers are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or modified unless a technical error occurs. In the event of a technical error affecting game outcome, 636ph reserves the right to void affected wagers and refund stakes.

For sports betting, all bets are settled according to official results as determined by the relevant governing body of the sport. Settlement rules, including how abandoned or postponed events are handled, are published in our sports betting rules. 636ph is the final arbiter of all bet settlement disputes and reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

9. Limitation of Liability

636ph is not liable for any losses resulting from technical failures, server downtime, internet connectivity issues, payment processing delays, software errors, or force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. We make no warranties or representations regarding the uninterrupted availability of the Service or the accuracy of game outcomes, though we strive to maintain high standards of reliability and fairness.

Your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to cease using the Service and close your account. In no event shall 636ph's total aggregate liability exceed the amount of funds actually deposited into your account during the six months preceding the claim.

These limitations of liability apply regardless of the legal theory upon which the claim is based, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise, even if 636ph has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

10. Account Suspension and Termination

636ph reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without cause, and with or without prior notice. Grounds for suspension or termination include but are not limited to violation of these Terms, fraudulent activity, abusive behavior, multiple account creation, bonus abuse, failed identity verification, or engaging in prohibited activities.

Upon account termination, all pending bets will be voided, bonus funds will be forfeited, and withdrawal privileges will be suspended pending investigation. If your account is closed due to a material breach of these Terms, 636ph may withhold your account balance. If your account is closed for reasons not constituting a breach by you, your account balance will be returned after deduction of any applicable fees or charges.

You may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting customer support. Upon voluntary closure, pending wagers will be settled according to their terms, and your remaining account balance (excluding bonus funds) will be available for withdrawal subject to standard processing procedures. You may request permanent self-exclusion through our responsible gaming features.

Following account closure, you must not create additional accounts on 636ph. Any attempt to circumvent account closure by creating new accounts will result in immediate termination of such accounts and forfeiture of all funds.

General Provisions

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and 636ph regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings. If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. 636ph's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
